For 1 years remote access to your machine we will charge you just £20+vat Q: What is a Remote Session?A 'Session' must last no longer than 2 hours Q: What if I have no sessions left?You can buy additional sessions with a large discount (does not include home or business bronze memberships) Remote support can be topped up for £20 per half an hour plus vat On-site support can be topped up for £40 per hour plus vat Q: What if my machine cant be fixed on-site or remotely?If it is agreed by the customer that the machine cannot be repaired on-site or remotely, then the machine will be dealt with by our drop-in service and you will receive a 30% discount on our standard drop-in charge. Q: Do I receive any discounts?Everyone receives a 10% discount on services with their membership (Data Recovery and Website design are not included) Q: How do you connect to my Computer/Laptop?To join our membership you must have our remote support software installed remotely on your machine. Q: Is it safe to have remote support software on my machine?We support many homes and businesses for many years and take security seriously. We use one of the worlds most rated remote support software which is secure. Q: Will I know if you are on my computer?Yes, if we connect to your machine a pop-up appears informing you that we are connected. You can stop our connection at any time.
